Okay furiends, it is time to officially open our Most "Ear"resistible contest. You can begin posting or sending in your entries today. The contest will close for new submissions on September 16th at 11:59PM EST. So you have nearly 4 weeks to post/send in your entries! Here are the rules:
1. To enter the contest, you must post about the contest. This post will count as your photo entry, so pick your Most "Ear"resistible photo and display it for all the world to see! If you do not have a blog, you can still enter! Just email the photo you wish to enter to [MunchkinMemoirs at gmail dot com]. We will post your photo for you with your name and any caption you wish to include with it. And be sure to tell all of your furiends!
2. In your contest entry post (mentioned above), you must link to this post and/or to Munchkin Memoirs. Also, it would be helpful if you would post the Most "Ear"resistible contest button (shown below) somewhere on your blog, however, this is not mandatory. But it couldn't hurt...we're just saying!
3. After you post about the contest and post your entry, you must come back here and comment to let us know that you have entered.
Once you have done these three things, we will go to your blog and check out your entry. Mom will save your entry and put it in a special folder just for this contest. We will then post about your entry with a link to your post so all of our furiends can go and check out the competition! All of the photo entries will be compiled when the contest closes and our "committee" will choose the Most "Ear"resistible pet!
BUT, that's not all! Did we mention that there will be TWO winners? No? Well, there will be. The first winner will be chosen by our committee, but all of you get to choose who the other winner will be! When the contest closes on September 16th, we will post all of the entries and then will put the names of everyone who has entered in a poll and let our readers and furiends vote for who they think is the Most "Ear"resistible. The polls will stay open until 11:59 PM on September 30th and the Viewer's Choice winner and the winner chosen by the committee will be announced at some point on October 1st!
As for the prizes, we aren't entirely sure what they will be yet, however, we are certain they will be GREAT! We (and Mom, of course) will go shopping and pick some stuff out especially for our two "Ear"resistible winners! Also, we will have Mom make you an award button stating that you are the Most "Ear"resistible for you to display on your blog (if you have one)!
So furiends, start rummaging through your photos or have your humans get out that flashy box thingy to capture your most "Ear"resistible photo! Here are a couple more pictures of our "Ear"resistible selves for inspiration.
